Recipe for Vegan Potato Salad with Vegan Dressing

Cube or chop into bowl while warm: 6 large, cooked Potatoes Add: 1/2 C. chopped Celery 1 C. chopped Red and Green Peppers 1 C. chopped Green Onions Optional:  Chopped Olives, Raddish, Cherry Tomatoes, etc. DRESSING: In blender, whiz: 1 C.
