High Protein Chickpea-Tofu Cheesecake-- 3 Ways

I got to thinking that, hey, other vegan cheesecakes could have this same unusual foundation and be just as yummy (and high protein, for those who are looking for additional protein in their vegan diet). "Forks Over Knives" Screening in the Comox Valley

On March 28th at 7pm at the Filberg Centre in Courtenay you will have the opportunity to join the buzz of thousands of health-seeking North Americans who have watched the documentary movie, "Forks Over Knives." Cost of admission is a non-perishable food item for the local Food Bank. Seating is limited so call now to reserve your seat for this screening at 250-338-5258.
