Cashew Mayo Recipe (Gluten-Free, Vegan) (May 6, 2012 class)

In a Blender, Whiz together the following: • 2 C. Water, 2 C. Raw Cashews • ½ C. Sunflower or Grapeseed Oil (or 1/4 C. melted Coconut Oil) • 1 T. Chicken-Style Seasoning (No MSG) • 1 T. Onion Powder • 2 T. Xanthum Gum Powder • ½ C. Lemon Juice • OPTIONAL: Use Cajun Seasoning. Freezes well.
