Whiz in blender: *1/2 C. Sunflower Seeds *3/4 C. Water *1/2 tsp. Salt *2-3 T. Lemon Juice *1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder *1/2 tsp. Onion Powder Adjust Water and Seasonings to taste and consistency desired.
