This great do-it-yourself onion soup mix can be made with all your own organic herbs or with items from your local bulk foods store 1/2 cup dry onion flakes 2 teaspoons onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 2 teaspoons parsley flakes 1/2 teaspoon thyme flakes 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/2 teaspoon sugar or 1 packet stevia 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1. Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl.   2. Store in an airtight container. Whisk or shake briefly before using since smaller particles will fall to the bottom.   5 Tablespoons = one store bought pouch
