  Here’s a set of three delicious vegan burrito recipes — each using a different ready-made vegan wrap — and each offering different options for spiciness (mild, medium, or hot, depending on your taste).   🌯 1. Smoky Sweet Potato  & Black Bean Burrito Wrap : Spinach Tortilla (green, vegan, store-bought) Filling: - 1 cup roasted sweet potatoes, cubed - ¾ cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained - ½ cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen) - ¼ cup red onion, finely diced - ¼ cup cilantro, chopped - 1 tablespoon lime juice - ½ teaspoon smoked paprika - Salt and pepper, to taste Heat options: - Mild: Add a few drops of mild chipotle mayo (vegan) or omit spice entirely. - Medium : Add a few dashes of your favorite medium-heat taco sauce or a sprinkle of chipotle powder. - Hot : Mix in diced jalapeños or a spoonful of spicy chipotle adobo sauce. Rice-Nut Burgers (Gluten-Free, Vegan)

Rice & Nut Burgers with Baby Bela mushrooms on top COOK the following until plump (about 40 min.): 2 C. Short-Grain Brown Rice in 4C. Water In food processor/blender: COARSE-CHOP: 2 C. Raw Nuts ADD the Rice & Nuts above in a Mixing Bowl with: 1 C. Brown Rice Flour ½ C. Tapioca Flour ½ C. Corn Flour Next, in a Blender WHIZ: ½ C. Water 1 Raw Potato 2 Onions 2 Cloves Garlic ½ C. GF Soy Sauce/Tamari 2 T. Caflib (Roasted Chicory) ½ C. Tomato Juice ADD contents of the Blender to the Rice-Nut Mixture and form into Patties. Place on a well-greased cookie sheet. Make your own vegan cheese squares with this easy, dairy-free recipe! Made with corn flour, agar agar, cashews, and zesty seasonings—perfect for snacking, platters, or melty comfort food! MIX 1 C. fine Corn Flour and 1 C. Water ADD 2 C. Boiling Water IN SEPARATE PAN put 1/3 C. AgarAgar powder-- Soak in 1/2 C. Warm Water ADD: 1/4 C. finely ground Cashews 1/4 C. fine Nutritional Yeast 1/4 tsp. Salt Pinch of Garlic Powder 1 T. Onion Powder 2 T.
