Casseroles, Mains and Entrees

Sabbath Fellowship Dinner, Port Alberni Adventist Church

A casserole is something savory and delicious in a pan that can be scooped out and served to many people. If it is at a 'potluck' (or 'fellowship dinner'), then it is likely going to be either ovo-lacto vegetarian or vegan-planted-based. But it will pretty much always be absolutely delectable.

The 7 Heavenly Casserole Recipes eBook is a compilation of delicious vegan casserole recipes that don't appear in the list that follows but that continue the Adventist tradition of being surprisingly tasty, healthful, and satisfying, and not difficult or too expensive to make.  This eBook is a fund-raising initiative of the Veggie School page to donate to feeding programs, locally and world-wide, that nurture children, families, and adult individuals impeded by military strife, natural disasters, and other disadvantages in obtaining adequate nutrition. While we enjoy the 7 Heavenly Casseroles recipes with the people around our church or family table, we also share with those for whom Jesus commands us to feed. Sometimes (usually) we eat more simply, and I have included some of the simpler dishes that a family might consider a highly adequate and satisying meal.
