COARSELY SHRED:
*1/4 medium Red Cabbage
*1/4 medium White Cabbage
CHOP:
2 large Leeks (including greens)
SAUTE in 2 T. Oil:
*2 cloves Garlic
ADD:
*1/4 C. Lemon Juice
*2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
*1/2 C. Water
ADD:
*Cabbage and Leeks
Cook 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly
ADD:
* 1 T.
Chicken-Style Seasoning (No MSG)
*1 T. Honey
ADD:
*1 C. Walnut Pieces
*2 T. Poppy or Sesame Seeds
