Millet-Pumpkin Seed Patty Recipe (Gluten-free, Egg-free, Dairy-free)

                          

IN MIXING BOWL:
*3 C. cooked Millet (or Quinoa)
*1/2 C. ground Pumpkin Seeds
*1/2 C. ground Nuts (Walnut, Hazelnut, Pecan)
*1/2 C. Onion, finely chopped
*1/2 tsp. Savory or Sage
*1 T. Oil
*1 tsp. Cajun Seasoning or pinch of Cayenne
*1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Original

MIX WELL, form patties, pan fry or bake on well-greased sheet at 400F for 10 minutes on one side and turn over for 5 minutes.
