Sunflower "Meat Loaf" recipe (dairy-free, egg-free)

Here is a vegan meatloaf (recipe submitted by the late Wyona Hertwig, a fantastic good cook and Vegetarian Cooking School leader) that contains some rather obscure Ingredients, perhaps more familiar to long-ago Adventist cooks: Marmite, a brewer''s yeast food (not Nooch) made in Australia and perhaps popular among Aussie Adventist cooks?? and Caflib, a grain-based coffee substitute.  I personally don't use Brewer's yeast, nor do I have any coffee substitutes in my cupboards. I have never actually tried this recipe.

I am keeping this recipe on the blog to honor my old friend, Wyona, and for those of you who would like to try it, or already have made it but have misplaced the recipe (?).  If you do try it, and like it, please take a picture of the loat and i will use it here,  Please comment below. Thank you!
