Tumble the following in a dry skillet until browned slightly:
*1/3 C. Whole Wheat Flour
*1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
*1 tsp. Chicken-like Seasoning (or other favorite)
Stir in Water to thin to desired thickness and simmer a few minutes.
