*2 C. Cold Water
*1 C. raw Sunflower seeds
*1 C. raw Cashews
*1/2 tsp. Salt
*1/4 tsp. Tumeric
BLEND until smooth
PLACE in a bowl and stir in 1/2C. Lemon Juice
COOL to thicken.
