Delicious Millet: Breakfast Recipe



COMBINE IN THE SAUCEPAN:
  • 1 C. Millet
  • 4 C. Water
  • 1 tsp. Salt
Bring to boil.  Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
Just before serving, stir in:
  • 1/2 C. Unsweetened Coconut
  • 1/2 C. Toasted Sunflower Seeds
  • 3/4 C. chopped, pitted Dates
Yield: 4 servings
