Since publishing this Veggie School site, I have had several requests from readers for "easily digested" food recipes. Some of the readers are former Adventists who recall eating very plain (but healthy) vegetarian food at potlucks and learning about them in cooking schools, but some are folks who have "heard" from friends, etc. that the Adventists cook tasty vegetarian dishes that are also healthier because they don't contain a lot of ingredients that might upset the digestive system (oils, fats, spices, vinegar, etc.)

 I am going through some of my old-time "healthy" recipe books and adjusting some of the recipes from them to fit the bill for people who want some tasty, healthy food that is easy on the tummy. I will take a while to build this section up, so please keep checking back. I hope you enjoy these recipes as much as many people have for many years!
