USING PIZZA CRUST or PASTRY dough recipes:
- PRESS pieces of dough into muffin tins or quiche dish
- FILLING: In blender, whiz 1 C. Water, 1/2 C. raw Cashews, 1 tsp. Tapioca Starch, 2 T. Oil 1 Clove Garlic
- STIR in 2 C. chopped Spinach (do not whiz)
- POUR into dough shells
- BAKE at 350F about 30 minutes
- USE middle rack.
- Pastry should be golden brown and filling set.
